About The Position
Ny Based Broker Dealer looking for a Technical Associate Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience to assist in the development and innovation of financial technology solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone with a deep understanding of how FinTech firms operate in the financial services Industry, the right individual is one who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Individual must have knowledge of Broker Dealer Back Office operations as well as be Technical to the point where they can be conversant with firm developers and understand basic development functions. A " Plus" is anyone who has experience with one of the following vendor systems, but it is not a must. The Role As Product Manager Associate, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of cutting-edge financial technology products, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring solutions to market. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, within Broker Dealer space.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, Broker Dealer, trading platforms.
- Have the ability to Coordinate and assist cross-functional teams and manage product lifecycles.
- Have the ability to create strong business requirements.
- Excellent data-driven decision-making skills with experience using analytics tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Position is an onsite role. You must live in the New York Tri-State area.

- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.
- Act as a team leader using your excellent communication skills to unite all involved parties.
