About The Position

Northbridge Insurance Technical Assistants interpret customer service requests and gather relevant information to allow for quick and accurate processing of inquiries. They work closely with our underwriters and brokers to provide technical and administrative support to them. Our Technical Assistants are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our underwriters and brokers – this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered.

Requirements

  • Organizing and prioritizing work assignments
  • Keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Ease of working in an IT environment and using various systems
  • Data entry experience
  • Team-first mentality
  • French (mandatory)
  • English (asset)
