Requirements

Proven experience in a consulting role and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Recent experience building custom software solutions, including custom web portals and system integrations, with proficiency in SQL.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with experience managing technical projects and working across multiple levels of an organization.
Ability to quickly analyze problems, identify solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Information Systems, Software Development, or Project Management).

Nice To Haves

Preferred certifications such as SCRUM Master (CSM).

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, identify root causes, and develop IT and business solutions.
Create user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, meeting notes, and development tickets.
Lead Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Closeout, and Daily Stand-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide progress updates for both internal and external audiences, ensuring clear communication across teams.
Ensure balance and alignment with contractual agreements, adapting as needed to meet deadlines.
Be flexible in working with clients in various time zones (flex time available).
Handle time-sensitive projects, effectively prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
Take on a leadership role in assigning and prioritizing work to successfully complete projects.
Guide clients through user training, develop acceptance criteria, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and conduct testing scenarios with Subject Matter Experts to ensure quality.
Assist in developing user guides and training materials while identifying additional documentation needs proactively.
