Requirements

  • Proven experience in a consulting role and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Recent experience building custom software solutions, including custom web portals and system integrations, with proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with experience managing technical projects and working across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Ability to quickly analyze problems, identify solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Information Systems, Software Development, or Project Management).

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications such as SCRUM Master (CSM).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, identify root causes, and develop IT and business solutions.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, meeting notes, and development tickets.
  • Lead Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Closeout, and Daily Stand-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide progress updates for both internal and external audiences, ensuring clear communication across teams.
  • Ensure balance and alignment with contractual agreements, adapting as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Be flexible in working with clients in various time zones (flex time available).
  • Handle time-sensitive projects, effectively prioritize competing tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Take on a leadership role in assigning and prioritizing work to successfully complete projects.
  • Guide clients through user training, develop acceptance criteria, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop and conduct testing scenarios with Subject Matter Experts to ensure quality.
  • Assist in developing user guides and training materials while identifying additional documentation needs proactively.
