About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Analyst for a remote, 10+ month contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution. This role focuses on End-of-Life (EOL) product management, requiring strong Excel skills for creating update scripts and ensuring data integrity. The analyst will collaborate with program leads on data uploads, support CIO teams with software upgrades, and manage remediation action plans. The position is open to candidates located in North Carolina, New Jersey, or Texas.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
  • Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Self-starter/self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong technical acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent client interfacing skills
  • Proven as a confident and creative problem-solver who can drive interaction with resources as well as work independently to research and resolve issues

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Tableau
  • Experience with knowledge sharing, documentation of requirements, and issue tracking
  • Experience tracking and reporting on End of Life products
  • Experience creating macros in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Create update scripts in bulk and maintain data integrity using Excel
  • Work with EOL Lead and Program to upload data into systems by weekly deadlines
  • Assist CIO teams with execution of EOL software upgrades by submitting and tracking requests on their behalf
  • Research new EOL instances and create remediation instructions for teams to execute upgrades effectively
  • Perform weekly uploads of all plans for centrally remediated, core team, and decommissioning records
  • Provide weekly views of the overall EOL portfolio to EOL Leads post bulk uploads
  • Provide organizational performance reporting, monitoring of key metrics, and coordinate development, tracking and execution of remediation action plans
