About The Position

Performance Contracting is seeking a Technical Advisor for its PCI Promatec 172 operations based in Houston, TX. Technical Advisors (TAs) dispatched to the project will have a specific role of providing on-site technical oversight and support during critical construction activities, including verification of correct installation methods, resolution of field technical issues, and confirmation that workmanship aligns with PCI system requirements and approved drawings.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience
• Ability to understand and interpret specifications and drawings for our scope of work
• Ability to take responsibility for the outcome and results of assigned projects
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
• Good communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative
• OSHA Certification
• Positive attitude and ability to work in team environment
• Work well under pressure and deadline
• Ability to plan and organize your day as well as assigned projects
• Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught.
• Willing to travel up to 100%
