As a Technical Account Manager, you will support customer engagement, adoption, and technical alignment for our advanced photonics‑driven and high‑compute solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to help customers understand the capabilities of our technology, guide them through technical evaluations, and ensure successful integration into real‑world workflows. In this role, you will serve as a technical ambassador—educating customers on how our solutions can accelerate compute‑intensive and optimization‑focused applications, assisting with hands‑on technical scoping, and supporting the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle. You will play a key role in helping organizations evaluate, deploy, and scale advanced technologies built on photonics and high‑performance computing architectures.
