About The Position

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Echo, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, helping them successfully adopt and maximize the value of Echo’s platform. You’ll work closely with customers and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve technical challenges and ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex environments and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Experience working with enterprise B2B customers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or containers is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through ongoing adoption and expansion.
• Guide customers through implementation, integration, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Engineering and Product to drive resolution.
• Proactively identify risks, technical gaps, and opportunities to increase customer value.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, translating feedback and needs into actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with both technical stakeholders and key decision-makers.
