This is not a traditional support role. As a Support Engineer, you will work hands-on with complex enterprise systems deployed across cloud, on-prem and hybrid environments. You will investigate real production issues experienced by tier-1 financial institutions, reproduce issues in controlled environments and collaborate directly with Experts and Product teams. This role is ideal for technically curious, highly motivated engineers who enjoy solving difficult problems, understanding systems end-to-end and continuously expanding their technical skillset.
