About The Position

Wipro Limited is seeking experienced Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to support Google’s Android XR Early Access Program (AI Glasses). The TAM will serve as the primary technical contact for external partners, assisting with app development using Android Studio and prototype XR hardware, and managing issue triage and partner success.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio.
• Solid understanding of the Android mobile/XR app lifecycle.
• Experience with issue tracking tools (Buganizer or Jira).
• Prior role in Technical Support, QA, Developer Relations, or Partner Engineering.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Android Platform Development.

• Experience supporting early access, beta, or prototype programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned XR EAP partners.
• Lead bi-weekly technical syncs and manage partner communications.
• Perform Level-1 technical triage for SDK/prototype hardware issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and escalate to Engineering/DevRel as needed.
• Maintain collaboration documents, trackers, and bi-weekly status updates.
• Support developers through early-access/beta platform challenges.
• Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.
• Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, in alignment with client requirements ensuring proper integration with system components.
• Execute testing for assigned modules, validate functionality across required interactions, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Participate in the implementation of software applications and their integration with other systems to ensure stability.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project specifications, activities, and status, while presenting information using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
