Obsidian Security is seeking a proactive Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Customer Success team. This role is responsible for actively driving customer value within the Obsidian platform by providing technical advice on Obsidian solutions and serving as a subject-matter expert on SaaS security challenges and best practices. The TAM will partner with customers in a technical and educational capacity throughout their engagement with Obsidian, acting as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to product management and engineering. The ideal candidate is driven, collaborative, knowledgeable, has experience in cybersecurity, and is excited about working in a SaaS security startup. This is a 100% remote role with a preference for candidates located on the West Coast, US.
