About The Position

Based in our Montreal, Quebec location, you will play a key role in managing strategic OEM partnerships that represent a significant portion of the business. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of established OEM partners, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring orders, projects, customer requests, and technical inquiries are handled effectively. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience and drive long-term business growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Mechanical Systems, HVAC, Building Technologies, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Technical Account Management, Strategic Account Management, OEM Partner Management, Channel Partner Management, Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn products, technologies, and customer applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage customer escalations and navigate cross-functional teams in a professional and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 2-5 times annually) to partner locations and industry events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with OEM manufacturers, distributors, channel partners, or technical customers.
  • Experience in HVAC, Building Automation, Controls, Electrical Products, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting white-label products, OEM partnerships, or channel sales models.
  • CRM experience.
  • Demonstrated success growing existing customer accounts and building long-term strategic relationships.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of four strategic OEM partner accounts, building strong long-term relationships and serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Validate forecasts, monitor order activity, and work closely with Operations and Manufacturing teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Support OEM partners and their customers by answering technical questions, explaining product capabilities, and providing product expertise.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Support, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues and ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related concerns, proactively driving issues through resolution while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing OEM accounts and support future OEM partnership development initiatives.
