Curri is seeking a Tech Support Engineer I to serve as the dedicated on-site IT presence at the company's Ventura, CA headquarters. In this role, you will be the one employees count on when something breaks, and the one who makes things better before they do. You will own day-to-day helpdesk support for HQ employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Mac and Windows environments. You will also manage and maintain HQ network infrastructure, keep conference rooms and A/V systems running reliably, triage and manage incidents end-to-end, support SaaS administration, and keep HQ hardware and technology components in good shape.
