About The Position

As the Tech Site Partner, you will be the trusted Digital & Tech point of contact for Haleon’s Commercial Site in Indonesia, helping teams work effectively through reliable tools, responsive support, and strong partnership across the business. In this role, you will enable technology adoption, coordinate demand, solve operational issues, and support the successful rollout of digital solutions that help commercial teams perform at their best. You will work closely with local stakeholders and regional or global Digital & Tech teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently and solutions are delivered in line with company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • 8 years of experience in Technology, IT Support, Digital Enablement, or IT Business Support roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with commercial digital tools (e.g., CRM, sales tools, reporting platforms) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations.
  • Strong ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial teams by addressing technology needs, requirements, and issues related to digital tools and platforms.
  • Help ensure continuity, stability, and effective use of commercial technology solutions.
  • Coordinate the intake, prioritization, and resolution of requests with Digital & Tech regional and global teams.
  • Support the local deployment and rollout of Digital & Tech initiatives that impact the commercial organization.
  • Coordinate testing, user support, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Development teams on operational technology topics.
  • Help ensure that all solutions and requests comply with Digital & Tech standards, security, data privacy, and governance requirements.
