As a member of the Corastone People team, you will be primarily responsible for recruiting top-tier talent critical to driving our company's growth strategy. In this role, you will own the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions—identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. You will have the opportunity to recruit across both technical and non-technical teams at Corastone. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various aspects of Corastone's people development initiatives. This includes responsibilities such as onboarding, career progression, performance management, and fostering employee engagement. Working closely with the Head of People, Managers, and Staff, you will drive the implementation of diverse HR initiatives frameworks, ensuring consistent execution across the US and alignment with the existing approach.
