The Technical Program Manager 3 – BI & Analytics is a master-level professional role responsible for the end-to-end success of Business Intelligence and Analytics programs. This position partners with product managers, development managers, data engineers, architects, and key business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet quality expectations across timeline, cost, architecture, and performance. In this role, the incumbent leads the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of complex, enterprise-scale BI and analytics solutions — including data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic models, and reporting platforms. Programs managed are broad in scope, often unprecedented in approach, and carry significant global impact to the organization’s operations and decision-making capabilities. A defining dimension of this role is the ability to serve as a trusted liaison between technical delivery teams and business partners — translating analytical needs into executable technical strategy, and ensuring the BI team consistently delivers measurable, mission-aligned value. This is a 5-year, fixed-term position. This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel. We value early, mid, and late-career candidates and encourage all applicants with the posted skills and abilities to apply.
