About The Position

We’re looking for an Intermediate Producer to provide structure and support to technical development teams by bringing clarity, and strong cross‑discipline alignment to complex, technical work. You’ll partner closely with engineers, technical artists, and designers to help deliver game experiences that surprise and delight players around the world. Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience supporting complex technical development, or highly technical creative development, ideally within console games
  • Demonstrated ability to bring clarity to ambiguity by diving into the unknown, learning quickly, and keeping work moving forward while details are still evolving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across design, art, and engineering to unify teams around shared goals
  • Experience supporting initiatives where you are not the primary subject‑matter expert, and confidence to partner effectively with specialists to drive outcomes
  • Experience working with a range of production methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Waterfall) and creatively adapting approaches to fit the needs of the team
  • Collaborative by nature, open to feedback, and motivated by continuous learning, especially in technically complex spaces
  • Passion for video games!
