About The Position

This role involves leading and developing automation solutions using UiPath. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, designing automation blueprints, developing workflows in UiPath Studio, testing and debugging automations, deploying bots to Orchestrator, and providing ongoing support. The position also requires creating and maintaining technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable RPA frameworks and integrating UiPath with other systems. Familiarity with various programming languages and database technologies is expected, along with experience in solution assessments and testing automation. The role requires strong collaboration skills, especially in post-merger environments, and the ability to act as a team player and leader.

Requirements

Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Understanding of UiPath concepts like variables and arguments.
Knowledge of C#, VB.NET, SQL, and API integration.
Experience with solution assessments and feasibility studies.
Experience with UI automation for legacy systems.
Good knowledge of Desktop Tools-related testing automation.
Experience with UiPath Test Automation Suite.
Experience working with cross-organizational teams.
Excellent team player and leader.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with PLM, Enterprise Architecture, Data Migration, AI, or related technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze and design automation solutions based on business requirements.
Build automation workflows in UiPath Studio.
Integrate UiPath automations with other systems.
Create test cases and perform functional and regression testing.
Debug and resolve issues in developed automations.
Deploy bots to UiPath Orchestrator.
Monitor bot performance and provide hypercare support.
