About The Position

At Attention, we’re transforming how go-to-market teams operate by turning every customer interaction into structured data, insights, and intelligent action. Our AI agents help organizations execute faster, learn continuously, and make every deal cycle more efficient and predictable. We’re building AI-native products with an AI-native engineering organization. Internally, we use agents throughout the software development lifecycle—from understanding our systems and shaping implementation plans to generating code, testing changes, investigating issues, and supporting production operations. This is not about removing engineers from the process. It is about giving exceptional engineers greater leverage and developing new ways for humans and agents to build complex software together. Engineers remain responsible for architecture, product judgment, quality, and outcomes. We believe the best AI products will feel deeply human-centered. Rather than replacing sales representatives, our agents help them answer critical questions and automate manual work. As a Tech Lead at Attention, you’ll be a technical anchor on the team. You’ll own important product areas, shape technical decisions, and help build the systems, tools, and workflows that enable engineers and coding agents to do their best work together.

  • Experience leading important technical initiatives and increasing the effectiveness of other engineers.
  • Strong frontend fundamentals and solid experience architecting and owning backend services, APIs, and data models.
  • Experience operating production software, including testing, observability, CI/CD, and incident response.

  • Lead complex projects from an ambiguous problem through architecture, delivery, and long-term ownership.
  • Set a high bar for architecture, code quality, and engineering judgment.
  • Help define how engineers and agents work together across planning, implementation, testing, review, and production operations.
  • Work closely with product and design to decide what to build and determine the right technical approach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users and bring strong product judgment to technical decisions.
