Requirements
- Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
- Customer obsession: passion for the field and desire to build high-quality products that serve customer needs
- Speed: ability to generate ideas quickly and prioritize effectively for immediate shipping versus further development
- Focus: ability to engage appropriately and work heads-down in a busy, remote startup environment
- Collaboration: skill in inspiring, playing, and negotiating with designers, marketers, and PMs
- Proficiency in Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, Typescript
