Requirements
- Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
- Customer obsession: passionate about the field and desire to build high-quality products that serve customer needs
- Speed: ability to work quickly to generate ideas and decide what can ship now versus what needs more time
- Focus: ability to engage or be heads down in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment
- Collaboration: ability to inspire, play, and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs
- Proficiency in Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, Typescript
