About The Position
I am recruiting for a company that operates the software behind commercial real estate across Europe. They manage over 250 million square meters of property, 100,000+ buildings, in 35+ countries. This is not a startup burning cash to disrupt something. It is a real platform with real revenue, real users, and serious scale. They recently merged with UK and German players and are backed by a growth equity investor.
Requirements
- 5+ years shipping production PHP.
- Prior Tech Lead experience.
- Experience owning architecture decisions.
- React with TypeScript.
- PostgreSQL at scale.
- AWS experience (deployed, broken, and fixed cloud infrastructure).
- DevOps and CI/CD experience (build or improve pipelines).
- Product mindset from real agile teams.
Nice To Haves
- Flutter or mobile experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for your team.
- Make architecture decisions.
- Turn messy business requirements into concrete tasks for developers.
- Talk directly to PMs, QA, mobile developers, and clients.
- Keep the stack moving: PHP backend, React with TypeScript frontend, PostgreSQL, AWS.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Fix production issues.
- Use AI tools like Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT as actual daily productivity tools.
- Plan sprints and estimate tasks professionally.
