About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Java/JEE to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in Linux environments, advanced SQL scripting, and a deep understanding of the Spring Framework. You will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying complex applications, with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Java/JEE
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting
• Advanced expertise in Oracle, PL/SQL, and complex SQL scripting
• Skilled in IDEs such as JBoss Developer Studio and IntelliJ
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot
• Proficient in building observability dashboards and metrics using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes
