Responsibilities

Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions on the Insurity Pro Suite platform.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Configuration Leads to define technical architecture.
Review business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
Define system architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and data flow across enterprise applications.
Recommend best practices for application architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications built on Insurity Pro Suite.
Design and develop reusable components, services, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Build custom business logic where product configuration alone cannot satisfy business requirements.
Develop batch jobs, scheduled processes, and background services.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
Design, develop, and support integrations with enterprise systems including: Policy Administration, Rating Engines, Underwriting Systems, Billing Systems, Premium Accounting, Document Management Systems, Claims Systems, Third-party vendor applications, REST APIs, SOAP Services, Message Queues, Azure Integration Services.

Support technical implementation across the commercial insurance lifecycle, including: Submission Intake, Quote, Rating, Underwriting, Bind, Policy Issuance, New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Forms Generation, Premium Accounting, Interfaces, Reporting, Workflow Automation.
Provide L3 production support.
Perform root cause analysis of production incidents.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
Resolve performance bottlenecks.
Support production deployments and release validation.
Participate in on-call support rotations when required.
Coordinate defect resolution with business and infrastructure teams.
