About The Position

Moveworks is seeking a Tech Lead for their Agentic AI Product team. This role involves applying cutting-edge Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies to business automation and critical enterprise use cases. The product serves diverse user personas through a unified conversational and GUI interface across chat and web channels. The team is pioneering enterprise AI products and encourages innovation on unsolved problems to expand the perception of ML/GAI's business impact. The team's expertise spans decades of ML evolution and enterprise AI solution delivery. They seek individuals with high performance, a passion for enhancing user impact, and a clear thinking framework for scalable, tailored experiences. The Tech Lead will collaborate with ML/GAI experts and cross-functional teams on innovative features within a fast-growing AI startup environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with GAI conversational framework experts, designing and implementing product features using Agentic AI, working with PM, UX, and GTM teams, expanding the product's reach, and identifying patterns to advance the Agentic AI framework. This role offers development into a well-rounded product engineer with expertise in applying LLM technologies for impactful products and strategic influence.

Requirements

Ability to tech lead other engineers and the e2e delivery of a project.
Good communications and soft skills
BS or a higher degree in computer science or related field
7+ years professional experience in scalable system development
Strong product sense and a passion for building scalable web or conversational UI products
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
A constant thirst for learning and readiness to step out of your comfort zone

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with GAI conversational framework experts to grasp the latest technology capabilities and best practices.
Design and implement stakeholder and end-user product features using cutting-edge Agentic AI and technical approaches to deliver business value.
Work with PM, UX, and GTM teams to define, scope, and validate product deliverables.
Expand the product's reach to more customers, domains, and global markets, ensuring high quality and extensible engineering implementation.
Identify patterns and feedback to advance the Agentic AI framework further.
Develop into a well-rounded product engineer with the expertise to apply LLM technologies for impactful products and strategic influence.
