About The Position

The Tech LI - BGA - Component Repair Division is responsible for various duties including building and maintaining a positive work environment, keeping the warehouse organized and clean, and fostering a healthy and safe work environment. The role requires a high school graduate or equivalent with a focus on computer repair or related fields, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, customer service focus, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position involves working in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels and varying temperatures, and requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, walk extensively, reach, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive hand movements.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have Excel knowledge and experience to read instructions and track data.
• Need good analytical and troubleshooting skill.
• Must have good attention to details.
• Requires customer service focus.
• Need to be a team player.
• Requires demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas.
• Must be able to read schematic, multi-meter and oscilloscope.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Hands-on and has ambition and drive to succeed - Makes things happen.
• Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer college degree in related electronics field.
• Prefer over 6 Months experience in computer repair or related field.
• Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency
