The Technician IV, Critical Environments is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on building mechanical and electrical equipment and systems for assigned mission critical facilities. Given the risk associated with mission critical facilities, adherence to established processes and risk management practices is important in order to ensure the reliability of operations and achievement of facility uptime objectives. The Technician IV, Critical Environment is responsible for performing work in accordance with mission critical facility processes and procedures and for complying with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection and risk management. At this position level: Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems for assigned mission critical facility Trade certification or license in one or more of the following - required: Journeyman level Refrigeration license Journeyman level Electrical license Power Engineering 3rd class, 2nd class or 1st class
