Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Preferred experience in mechanical or electrical manufacturing setting preferred
  • Must be able to identify small electronic components and be able to differentiate them, using their markings.
  • Ability to handle often stressful production demands, demonstrates teamwork and cooperation.
  • Read and follow written work instructions with deviation.
  • Manipulate small piece parts with both hands and assemble or disassemble a medical device using small hand tools.
  • Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision, including required documentation needed for compliance.
  • Must have good Judgment, positive attitude, and a high level of initiative.
  • Willingness and ability to learn assembly procedures and drawings.
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced work environment to meet daily targets
  • Ability to manually perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to transcribe data accurately
  • Ability to read and write English proficiently

Responsibilities

  • Follow procedures and perform the various steps contained within the procedure in order to assembly our medical device product, while ensuring that there is a quality end product
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the manufacturing process
  • Must be able to work with various hand tools
  • Complete all required documentation needed for quality compliance
