The A/V Technician will be responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, engineering, and break down of the A/V equipment within the Resort. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Support tower guestrooms and suite technology systems which include room controls, digital audio systems, architectural lighting systems, IPTV systems, IP Phone systems, drapes, HVAC, and networks. Perform fault isolation and repair of the complete room technology package. Perform room calls to investigate guest complaints and provide resolution to reported problems. Install, maintain, program, operate, and strike A/V systems within the various resort venues. To include installed systems, and temporary systems on an as needed basis. Ensure equipment is installed according to designated layout. Diagnose and correct AV system problems. Send in equipment for repairs as needed. Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied. Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing. Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other job-related duties as requested.
