Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Any relevant manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Ability to learn and understand automation and technical processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Communicate effectively and ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Works on the most basic assignments following detailed instructions, which incorporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
  • Reports to Team Lead on a regular basis on performance and reports any issues that need to be resolved.
  • Assists with setup of equipment for various unit operations such as granulation, drying, and compression.
  • Manually cleans, assembles and disassembles equipment for production.
  • Cleans manufacturing areas, including walls, ceilings and floors.
  • Performs a variety of technical support procedures such as material dispensing and vendor supervision.
  • Contributes to routine tooling and material inventory management.
  • Conducts formulation area support functions such as stocking and distributing supplies and equipment.
  • Orders commonly used commodities such as containers, utensils, and other facility-related supplies.
