Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of related work experience beyond degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contracting efforts for existing vendors, including renewals, amendments, and extensions.
  • Utilize Medica’s contract templates, tools, and playbooks for consistent negotiation practices.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts for standard products and services in collaboration with Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ensure contracts include Medica-preferred terms, conditions, pricing, and service level agreements.
  • Maintain and update contract records in Medica’s contract management tool with accurate data.
  • Analyze data and plan for contract renewals and extensions within the area of responsibility.
  • Respond to internal stakeholder questions regarding notifications and educate on contract processes.
