About The Position

Jefferson Radiology, an affiliate of Radiology Partners (RP), is seeking a Tech Aide to provide superior support and assistance to patients preparing for various Radiology exams, including Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures. This role involves meeting with patients to verify histories, discussing protocols, and assisting with Interventional Radiology procedures, as well as MRI and CT examinations. Jefferson Radiology, established in 1963, is the largest radiology practice group in Connecticut with ten imaging centers and affiliations with multiple regional hospitals. Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistance, LPN, or EMT preferred
• CPR (BLS), required
• 2+ years of prior medical office experience
• For Interventional Radiology procedures, surgical office/hospital setting experience highly preferred
• For MRI and CT examinations, must demonstrate an understanding of MRI and CT procedures
