About The Position

We’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Tech Admin (Technical Support Specialist) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs. This is a full-time remote position. This job is for you if you are: Are a self-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving in technical areas and enjoy taking on new challenges. Thrive in fast-paced environments, able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize requests efficiently. Can independently troubleshoot technical issues and find proactive solutions to minimize disruptions. Are a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments to improve systems and workflows. Have a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to automate processes and increase team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2y+ experience in a technical support, systems administration, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM administration and automation tools.
  • Experience with any of the following tools is a plus: Twilio, Aircall, Front, Stripe, or Google Apps Script.

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical requests in chats: troubleshoot issues, set up equipment, and investigate automation or tool-related problems (HubSpot, Aircall, Front, Stripe, etc.).
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding: set up and deactivate user accounts, ensure proper tool access.
  • Administer key tools: maintain and configure HubSpot, Twilio, Aircall, Front, Stripe, etc and related integrations.
  • HubSpot support: set up automations, workflows, and reports, etc.
  • Automate processes: build and maintain automations via Zapier, n8n, native tools, or Google Apps Script.
