About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in a lab or regulated technical environment
• Proven ability to follow written procedures and work collaboratively with teams
• Strong data documentation, computer, and quantitative analysis skills
• Effective communication within cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline
• 1-2 years’ experience in a laboratory or R&D setting
• Experience developing technical solutions and training others

Responsibilities

• Gather, format, compile, and manipulate technical data from laboratory tests and engineering design changes
• Produce engineering documentation, reports, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics
• Prepare and summarize quantitative analysis and technical reports
• Support engineers with a variety of technical tasks and routine lab functions, including calibration and equipment maintenance
• Assist in equipment scoping, qualification, and implementation of safety procedures
• Develop prototype processes and test setups; execute designed test protocols
• Conduct and document test results; handle test samples and chemicals safely
• Proactively notify supervisors or team leads of project-impacting factors
• Train and assist lower-level technicians as needed
