Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong hands-on knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems
Proficient with troubleshooting, setup, and use of hand tools
Ability to maintain accurate records with clear handwriting
Must pass onsite eye exam and wear steel/composite toe shoes
Willingness and flexibility to work 8am-8pm Monday-Thursday day shift and overtime as needed
All criminal background checks must be cleared prior to start

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
Experience with quality control procedures
Knowledge of process improvement methods

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment to meet/exceed daily quality and output targets
Perform equipment changeovers, debugging, and minor repairs; escalate major issues to supervisory and engineering teams
Conduct preventative maintenance and keep thorough, legible equipment logs and downtime records
Monitor inventory levels, replenish components, and maintain a clean, organized work area
Perform and document all required quality checks and process challenges
Ensure all safety protocols and environmental procedures are strictly followed
Collaborate with technicians and maintenance teams on major repairs or projects
