Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal, written, and reading communication in English.
• Ability to follow protocols, handle repetitive tasks, and recognize testing deviations.
• Commitment to safety and compliance in a laboratory setting.

• Familiarity with laboratory documentation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with best practices.
• Collect, record, and input test data both manually and digitally.
• Adhere strictly to Good Laboratory Best Practices and all safety protocols.
• Safely handle chemicals and cleaners with provided personal protective equipment.
• Follow established protocols and trainings, identifying and reporting deviations.
• Communicate observations, anomalies, and test progress clearly to team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate closely with team members and adapt to procedural changes.
• Escalate issues to supervisors or test owners as needed.
• Keep organized, detailed records of all laboratory procedures and results.
