About The Position

The Houston Texans are seeking an individual for the position of Gameday – Teammate Customer Service Representative. This role involves interacting with guests at Texans and LSSE games/events to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided during the teammate check-in process. Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Available for all LSSE and Houston Texans games and events.
  • Distribute proper credentials to staff for Texans gameday only, wristbands for other events.
  • Knowledge of the gameday check in system with duties to include but not limited to checking in staff with proper knowledge of gameday iPads, who to call with system challenges, who to call when an emergency occurs, etc.
  • Distribute Staff Meal Vouchers
  • Prep and replenish snacks at the employee entrance.
  • Assist with recognition program.
  • Be welcoming and friendly to all Reliant park staff that come in.
  • Assist with taking down decorations after kick (tear down).
  • Exhibit a fun, friendly, guest service-oriented attitude and professional appearance; consistently providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of stadium operations and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Guest Experience department.
  • Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
