About The Position

We are hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate and senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions and integrations on a large, complex PLM modernization for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM, within a blended onshore-offshore team and an AI-Powered software factory. We are hiring against the experience matrix below; senior developers own complex extensions, build agent-ready services and mentor, while junior developers build to design under guidance. The role involves core development on the Siemens Teamcenter platform, with hands-on Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace) being the core skill. The depth of this skill scales with the band, with senior developers leading complex extensions. A key aspect of the role is AI-Powered Development, where developers use AI-assisted development tools (AI pair-programming, test generation) and build agent-ready services/APIs where specified, supporting augmented and agentic engineering. Development operates within a distributed onshore-offshore team that mirrors the client, requiring adherence to shared standards across geographies.

Requirements

• Hands-on Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace) is the core skill.
• Junior Band: Builds to design under guidance; learns the Teamcenter stack and AI-assisted workflow.
• Intermediate Band: Delivers components independently; solid ITK / SOA / AWC; uses AI-assisted dev.
• Senior Band: Owns complex extensions and agent-ready services; mentors; deep Teamcenter expertise.
• Experience: Junior (2-4 yrs), Intermediate (4-6 yrs), Senior (7-10+ yrs).

Responsibilities

• Build Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace / AWC).
• Use AI-assisted development (AI pair-programming, test generation) and build agent-ready services / APIs where specified.
• Implement integration and migration utilities to technical design.
• Write testable, documented code; unit-test and support performance / security validation within CI/CD.
• Work within the distributed onshore-offshore team to shared standards; senior band owns complex components and mentors.
