About The Position

Tech Partners is partnering with an established manufacturing organization seeking a Teamcenter Administrator to manage and support its Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, security, performance, and overall operational health of the Teamcenter platform, ensuring engineering and business teams have a stable and secure environment to manage product data, BOMs, and change management processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Teamcenter administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Siemens Teamcenter or a comparable PLM platform.
  • Strong understanding of platform administration, environment management, security, and access controls.
  • Experience supporting enterprise integrations and data management processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with: Siemens Teamcenter BMIDE FMS/FSC Dispatcher Workflow configuration
  • Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, deployments, or system migrations.
  • Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, CRM, or CAD platforms.
  • Background supporting manufacturing, engineering, or product development organizations.
  • Siemens Teamcenter certification or related technical credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Teamcenter production, test, and development environments.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and platform lifecycle management activities.
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, storage utilization, and service availability.
  • Coordinate deployments and configuration changes in partnership with development teams.
  • Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and environment records.
  • Support Teamcenter infrastructure components including FMS/FSC, Dispatcher, and related services.
  • Configure and maintain Teamcenter data models, preferences, workflows, and access controls.
  • Support product data management, BOM management, and engineering change processes.
  • Develop and maintain queries, reports, templates, and administrative configurations.
  • Participate in planning and review of system enhancements and architectural changes.
  • Execute data imports, migrations, bulk updates, and data quality initiatives.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, roles, projects, and security permissions.
  • Ensure governance standards, change control procedures, and security policies are followed.
  • Support compliance, audit, intellectual property protection, and access management requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain integrations between Teamcenter and connected enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot data flow and synchronization issues involving ERP, CRM, and CAD applications.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms.
  • Provide technical support for incidents, service requests, and escalations.
  • Assist with release management, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring.
  • Support licensing, third-party connectors, and vendor-supported solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve platform performance.
