Requirements

A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements.
Commitment to upholding the Christian mission and values of Lake Center Christian School.
Clear FBI/BCI background check
Bachelor’s degree or higher, required
Valid and active Ohio teaching license/certification, required
Strong understanding of instructional strategies and student learning needs
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with faculty to plan and implement student interventions through the RtI process
Co-teach and support differentiated instruction within the classroom
Monitor student progress and help develop strategies for academic and behavioral growth
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student needs
Partner with intervention specialists to support diverse learners
Maintain accurate data and documentation related to student progress
Participate in professional development and ongoing team collaboration
