About The Position

Delmonico Insurance Agency is hiring for a Team Support role to provide day-to-day administrative and client-service support across our Commercial Lines team. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in insurance, no license required to start. Requirements

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
No insurance license required to start.

Nice To Haves

experience with Applied Epic and/or Indio a plus

Responsibilities

Receive, analyze, and distribute inbound communications, including policies, claim acknowledgments, and client and carrier correspondence
Accurately document account changes and updates in Applied Epic, our agency management system
Professionally interact with clients and carrier partners on behalf of the agency, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
Provide administrative support to account managers, the claims department, and producers.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as directed
Build and maintain trusting relationships with carriers, clients, and colleagues
Engage in continuous learning of our industry, procedures, and operations to grow within the agency
