About The Position

Henley Enterprises, Inc, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is looking for friendly, motivated team players and leaders. They offer an award-winning training program that can take individuals from entry-level technician to service center manager. They welcome all types of talent, regardless of background or experience, including recent high-school graduates, seasoned professionals, and veterans transitioning back into civilian life. A hiring event was hosted for their Watsonville and Soquel service centers on Thursday, July 16th from 10 am-1 pm. Open, walk-in interviews were held on Thursday, August 13th from 9 am-1 pm. For entry-level positions, no experience is required as paid on-the-job training is provided. The entry-level wage is set at $21.50/hour. Hiring Managers were extending offers to qualified candidates on site. Another event was scheduled for Thursday, July 13th from 9 am-1 pm at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, 2879 S Rodeo Gulch Rd, Soquel, CA 95073.
