The Team Operations Manager is the operational and automation backbone of the Food Services Digital leadership team. This role owns the systems — operating rhythms, OKR tracking, headcount operations, and AI-embedded automation — that allow a 100+ person digital organization to run as one team. The right candidate sees every recurring manual task as a candidate for an agent and every operational artifact as something an AI workflow can draft, route, or maintain.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations, project management, chief of staff, or business operations — ideally in technology, SaaS, or digital transformation environments
  • Demonstrated experience using modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate operational work: drafting, summarization, research, data extraction
  • Strong project management instincts: scoping, sequencing, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional written communication; able to draft executive-quality summaries and decision memos with minimal direction
  • Trusted discretion with confidential information — compensation, headcount, org changes, and executive strategy — including judgment about what should and should not be processed by AI
  • Comfort building structure where none exists; thrives in ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building agents or multi-step AI automations (Claude, OpenAI Assistants, Copilot Studio, or equivalent)
  • Prior experience supporting a VP+-level technology, product, or engineering organization
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks and goal management tooling
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed enterprise with multiple business units and shared services
