Requirements

One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

Responsibilities

For Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations according to guidelines to maximize funding for the mission.
For Production Associates: Achieve pricing goals and strategically price donations.
For Production Associates: Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor.
For Donation Attendants: Support the Goodwill Mission by greeting and thanking donors.
For Donation Attendants: Carefully accept donations.
For Donation Attendants: Help keep the production area organized by sorting donations as they come in.
For Donation Attendants: Play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service to donors and team members alike.
For Sales Floor Associates: Support the mission by organizing the sales floor and making it easy for customers to find items.
For Sales Floor Associates: Serve as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service.
For Sales Floor Associates: Answer any questions that customers may have about Goodwill or donations.
For Cashiers: Support the Goodwill mission by building relationships with customers.
For Cashiers: Accurately ring up sales transactions.
For Cashiers: Inform customers how their purchases are helping someone get a job.
For Cashiers: Ensure customer service excellence, leaving every customer with a positive impression.
