About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking Team Members to welcome guests, promote the brand, and create a positive guest experience. Team Members help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean bakery environment. The role offers opportunities to develop and grow within the company. Bakery stores close at 2 p.m., and the posting states Team Members will not have to work past 3 p.m.

The physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations. Duties may change, and the description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
