About The Position

Learn Your Position Inside and Out and Own the Guest Experience Everyday. This role involves following specific training processes, prioritizing customer needs, and promoting a positive restaurant culture. The Team Member is expected to deliver on Pizza Hut Service Principals, including speed, food quality, and friendly service, to achieve high customer satisfaction. Adherence to Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards and processes for food, safety, and operations is crucial. Daily cleaning duties, dishwashing, and assisting with food preparation are also key responsibilities. The Team Member must also adhere to the employee handbook and policies, maintain a professional image, and exhibit the company's core values.

Follow All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
Completes Cleaning Duties and Sidework Daily
Provides Excellent Customer Service on Telephone Calls
Cleans and Washes Dishes
Assist with Food Preparation and Ready 4 Customer Practices
Adheres to Employee Handbook and Policies (Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.)
Maintains Professional Image and Highly Ethical Conduct as Representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
Exhibits Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and Work Daily to Fulfill Mission and Vision
