About The Position

The Team Member (Associate) is a hands-on, fast-moving role working across the lot, wash tunnel, welcome station, and vacuum station. The position guides guests through the wash experience, supports site operations, and helps provide a positive customer experience. The work is physical and may involve working outdoors in varying weather. No experience is required; a structured 60-day certification program is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Support sales and membership growth by following consistent processes and providing knowledgeable guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the wash area clean and organized.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate operational issues to team members and management.
• Engage professionally with customers and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes, and support the overall member experience.
• Stock and organize detail centers while maintaining accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas.
• Check vacuum stations for clogs and empty canisters.
• Perform site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with uniform standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Clean and maintain the tunnel for safety and operational efficiency.
• Prepare towels and other materials needed for daily operations.
