About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery team. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient to the bakery's success, setting the brand apart with their personalities. The role involves ensuring every guest feels welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, and taking pride in providing excellent guest service by maintaining food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment. The company emphasizes a commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring employees don't miss personal events. There are opportunities for career growth within the company, with many General Managers having started as Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
