About The Position

At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Team Members help create a great place to eat and work by delivering freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and exceptional hospitality. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment, and serve it with a smile. Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older; 18 or older in California.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Take guest orders.
• Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
• Ensure each item is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
• Deliver orders with a smile.
