About The Position

The Team Member role is crucial to representing the Pizza Hut culture of 'Live Life Unboxed!'. This involves embracing breakthrough thinking and innovative ideas, maintaining a strong focus on customers, and celebrating accomplishments. The role offers an opportunity to have fun serving great food to customers.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Able to do basic business math.
Able to stock shelves and coolers.
Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
Able to sweep and mop floors.
Able to lift, carry out trash containers, and place in an outside bin.
Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru.
Take up orders and handle payments.
Prepare and store food.
Prepare food and drinks orders.
Check to make sure orders are correct.
Pack products.
Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing responsibilities for people, customers, and service.
Maintain a clean and neat appearance.
Prioritize customer needs.
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
Greet customers with a smile, be polite and pleasant when speaking with customers.
Work with management and fellow employees to serve customers with a sense of urgency.
Communicate with customers, teammates, and managers in a positive manner.
Cooperate with peers, work with fellow employees as part of a team, and help others when they need a hand.
Work well with teammates and accept coaching from the management team.
Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers.
Ensure consistent Food Safety and Product Quality.
Understand posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks.
Provide appropriate notice when unable to be at work.
Understand and use approved time-keeping system, including accurately recording all hours worked.
Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required, and maintain a high activity level.
