Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

Responsibilities

• Pricing donations according to guidelines to maximize mission funding.
• Maintaining an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth sales floor experience.
• Greeting and thanking donors while carefully accepting donations.
• Sorting donations as they come in and keeping the production area organized.
• Organizing the sales floor to make it easy for customers to find items.
• Serving as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service.
• Answering customer questions about Goodwill or donations.
• Accurately ringing up sales transactions.
• Informing customers how their purchases help people get a job.
